Shair.Tech is an innovative startup with a social vocation founded in January 2021, with registered office in Genoa and operational headquarters in Trentino. Founded by former employees of Fondazione Bruno Kessler, a research center, Shair.Tech adds the spirit of research and innovation matured in several years of research and technology transfer to its strong commitment to results and delivery. Shair.Tech provides solutions and consulting in the field of circular economy and develops BringTheFood, a solution for the recovery of surplus food. BringTheFood helps register, collect and redistribute about 1200 ton of food every year, from all the operators of the food logistic chain. It operates with small groceries, shops, food catering, restaurants, and food service providers in various regions in Italy.

RISTO3 is a cooperative working in the field of collective catering for 43 years. With its 430 worker-members and 930 collaborators, it serves lunch every day in 220 schools, 50 company canteens, 11 restaurants, 19 retirement homes and 6 university restaurants. In 2021, the company's revenues amounted to 46 million euros. RISTO3 has a strong sense of commitment towards the territory and everything that surrounds it: since 2019 it has been putting into practice its sustainability strategy based on the objectives of the 2030 Agenda and, together with its stakeholders, it promotes projects aimed at the environment and people and the circular economy. For quite some time it has been carrying out projects related to fighting food waste and the promotion of conscious consumption, to combat climate change and contribute to the economic equity of society. Thanks to its strong presence in the region, RISTO3 can actively contribute to changing people's habits and styles: it produces 7 million meals a year compared to a region inhabited by just over 1 million people, and has the possibility of intercepting all age groups from children to adults. Through the GRI guidelines, the company annually reports on its work through the Sustainability Report document.

Banco Alimentare del Trentino Alto Adige - Onlus, is an not-for-profit association founded at the end of 2003. The Association operates in the sector of charity and social assistance aimed at helping people in need. It aims to contribute to the solution of the problems of hunger, marginalization and poverty through the collection of food and its distribution to organizations and initiatives that deal with assistance and aid to the poor and marginalized. Banco Alimentare Foundation - Onlus is part of the "Network of Food Banks", operating in Italy.
